RevenueWell Tips & Tricks… Email Custom Consent/Treatment Plan
While most of our posts are intended for our patients, this one is actually to help other dental offices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are an avid RevenueWell User. RevenueWell is a patient communication software that allows us to effectively communicate with our patients. Some of the features are email and text communications, web phone, virtual dental visits, and the patient portal to name a few. Since we are practicing social distancing and many of us are working from home, we are looking for ways to be more efficient in our processes. As a patient and consumer, I would want to know what procedure I am having done and how much I have to pay before going into an office. Imagine going in for what you think is a simple procedure to leave with a bill that is for several thousand dollars! YIKES
I have seen many questions asked about how to email a patient the consent for treatment and financial information before the patient comes into the office to help minimize the time the patient has to complete forms while in the office and to ensure the patient knows the financial expectations also.
