I am Dr. Richard Staller and my team of dental professionals including oral surgeons, root canal specialists and general dentists have been a staple in the Delray Beach community for more than twenty years.
During this pandemic, we remain a constant in the community. While our approach has changed with the ability to see patients through video conferencing called teledentistry, we remain available to our patients and our community for your dental emergencies.
Teeth seem to have a special way of causing problems at the least convenient times like when we have a celebration planned, a trip or special occasion. We had no idea we would be in a situation where we are all given stay at home orders! We know how much pain a toothache can cause and none of us need any additional stress, especially at this time. Whether you have a regular dentist or have been coming to us for many years, please rest assured that we are here for you.
With the advances in technology, we are able to have all necessary forms completed online so that our doctors are looking at the most up to date information to best assist you during this time. After a teledentistry consultation, if it is determined that you must be seen in the office, we will schedule you accordingly.
We are not just a dental office. We are part of your community. We are a family of dental professionals that have spent many hours getting to know you. You have seen many of our children grow up. We have shared in the celebrations, joys and amazing pictures that you have shared over the years. We are still here for you- even if it’s just for a check in. If you need us, please reach out to us. We are all in this together. Please continue to send us your pictures. Update us about how you’re doing.
During this time, our team is taking online courses to develop their skills even more and learn about innovative technology that is available. In addition, we are staying up to date regarding the scientific information about the virus so we can provide the protection that is needed to ensure this does not continue to spread. We have participated in video conferences and tried to stay as close as we can from the safety of our homes. As a team, we have had virtual coffee meetings and shared in many continuing education courses.
When this passes, we will still be there for you. We choose a profession in dentistry because we love to serve our patients. It is challenging for us to not be able to help more than what we can, but we are looking forward to seeing everyone as soon as possible. You make our days when you come into the office with smiling faces and stories to share.
Remember, if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. We are fathers, brothers, sisters and daughters that are going through many of the same emotions. Let’s stay strong together!
